Bristol Royal Infirmary - The MDT meeting decision is communicated
electronically to relevant parties within 24 hours of MDT meeting.
It was identified that the decisions of the MDT meeting were only documented
in letter form with often delays in typing and processing. A laptop was introduced
into the MDT meeting in order that decisions could be typed and viewed on
a screen. Once the decision is agreed this electronic version, which is in
table format, is e mailed to all relevant parties within 24 hours of the
meeting.
